Turmeric Cinnamon Milk

Healthy drinks are really appealing and easy to ingest. The most powerful spice in the world is turmeric. It is a spice used since ages to cure ailments and boost immunity. There is this one power boosting drink that I have to rejuvenate my senses especially my skin. Here is the best recipe I could find that you should try to incorporate in your daily diet. The taste of this drink is earthy warm and cozy with a tinge of sweetness and delight. The ingredients in this recipe fuse to form a drink that is beneficial and power packed.

1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
a pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon honey (the good kind)
1 cup milk

Procedure :
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Bring the milk to boil and immediately turn off the heat.

Stir and drink while warm.
