My Turkey/Ham & Mayo Sandwich Spread.
If you like to fix a sandwich with minimal effort this is the best
way I do it.
Just open the refrigerator and grab some mayonnaise,
mustard (whatever you got), some turkey breast and ham
slices, parsley and cilantro that needs to be chopped fine. Also, you
will need a pinch of curry powder and some crushed pepper. A chopped onion is
optional, but you can add some for a nice taste.
There is just one way to do this, the easy method without care of
what goes in and how. So in all reality grab a large bowl, spoon out 3
tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of mustard and add the chopped onions,
coriander and parsley. Now slice/shred the turkey and ham and add this to
the mayo mixture. If you can control that growling stomach just a little bit,
then chop a small piece of red onion as well.
Finally, add some crushed pepper and mix to smooth spread-like
consistency. Add a dash of lemon juice and serve on toasted bread. Refrigerate
for future snacking.
This is a good sandwich spread to take on picnics, late night snacks
or even toss it with salad vegetables and serve anytime anywhere. Happy
spreading!
