Fruit Kabobs Anyone????

Fresh Chilled Fruit Kabobs!
It's summer time and as the temperatures soar, it is nice to grab some chilled fresh fruit to thaw all that heat around us. The supermarkets are boasting of several seasonal fruit that makes it difficult for me to pick and choose! After much look and feel, my senses came alive and I just picked up a bunch of different varieties that included variation in color, texture, taste and smell. I realized the best part of this is that it is not only fun to make fruit kabobs, but my kitchen had this fruity flavor that lingered like as if I was in a fresh fruit garden all day. What a bonus!! Simply yummilicous!!

All senses alerted, here is my simple recipe for the innovative fruit kabob.

Tip : Clean and wash all your fruit and arrange them on your kitchen counter top. Time to chop, slice, dice, shape and recreate!

1 medium musk melon cubed
1 small pineapple cleaned, chopped into 1 inch chunks
1 cup green grapes
1 cup blueberries
1 cup red grapes
1 cup raspberries
(any other fruit is optional, add/replace or exchange is also accepted)
A couple of wooden skewers

Method :
Divide the fruit into required portions and thread onto wooden skewers. Arrange any crazy way you like to serve chilled. Combine the ingredients of the Coconut Dip (recipe below) in a bowl and serve with fruit immediately.
