Fudge Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cup cocoa

2 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups walnuts tasted and chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt butter and add cocoa and mix.

Stir in sugar and blend in the eggs one at a time.

Add vanilla, flour and nuts and mix well to incorporate.

Bake in a greased pan for 30 minutes.

Cool on a rack for 30 minutes and chop into pieces.

Serve with a dollop of ice cream or cream.
