Cleanse Your Mind. Free yourself.
A clean and refreshing mindset is the beginning of unleashing the extensive good and power within us. Knowingly or unknowingly, we face restrictions in our path of growth mainly caused by a curbed buildout of mind, body and spirit.
“Man is not a circle with a single center; he is an ellipse with two focii. Facts are one, ideas are the other.”
― Victor Hugo, Les Misérables
Everybody wants positivity to flourish within. The stepping stone to achieving positive energy is to be a recipient of positive charge on the mind. But the environment we live in is always wavering negative and positive charge that can adversely reveal the course of growth for our minds. Increased societal norms and the ever spinning success chase drives us insane. Keeping ourselves in check with who we are, what we think and want to achieve in life is inconclusive for the mind to elucidate, especially when we think irrational thoughts, lose trust in ourselves or even when we judge too quickly.
It is discernible that humans develop ideas and exercise free will. That is the autonomy that we have within us. But the effects of that kind of power influences our minds to expand an ego. An ego is just the psyche of an idea influenced largely by the relation to the world around us. When one gets obsessed with an idea, it uncharacteristically converts into negative influences that thrive in the mind to discriminate, to hate and to judge unfairly.
It is hard to understand the moment when the mind is subjugated by our ignominious ideas, and to subsequently let go of the negative charges that invite us to poison our mind. That is the moment of weakness that we need to restrict in our lives. Begin to reconnect with the perfect, kind and loving energy that is part of your being and gradually there will be no room to disrupt the mind.

Here are few ways to establish an open mindset.
1. Dispose Ego : The poison within needs to die out. Never let your conscience be governed by your surroundings. Ego is the worst ailment for the mind. It obscures your thinking and makes you look boastful and stupid. Always be sensitive to another's feelings before you think of your own. The act of being selfless is the step to dispose the ego within.
2. Meditate : By meditating, the mind is treated to some relaxation and much deserved rest. When the mind is calm, the decisions of life seem easy to handle. When you meditate, you often maintain a balance in your life that revitalizes, empowers and helps you heal.
3. Trust yourself : Always remember the meaning of your life. You may not be the best right now, but you can always better yourself. Bitter experiences often make us shun the same path, but learn to trust yourself. You learn from the mistakes of your past and find meaning in each lesson learned.
4. Practice the art of silence : In the hustle and bustle of the world we live in, silence is such a necessity. From electronic gadgets, to insensitive talk, all have unpropitious effects on the mind that relate to stressing it out to a point of anxiety. A moment of silence in a day is hard to find, but understand that only you have the power to soothe and relax your mind, and that can only be done when you find that moment of silence.
5. Have Hope : Losing hope is inevitable especially when life is full of challenges. While discovering your path it is not uncommon to lose hope, feel less motivated and discouraged. The easy way out is to distract your mind and engage in bad habits. That is the sign of weakness and the beginning of diverting your path. Stay alert, have hope, it will never let you down.
Once your mindset changes, the way you perceive the world and yourself changes. The truth of the matter lies in training your mind to discard the bad and swallow the good.
